Haywoods Makes Child Safe Blinds

Haywoods actively campaigns to raise awareness of child safety when it comes to blinds and have been making their blinds child safe as standard since they began trading in 1986.

Haywoods was recently at the Burntwood Wakes Festival handing out cleats and chain tidies for people to take home and fit.

While it has unfortunately taken some tragic events to put the subject back into the public eye, it only takes a few simple steps to ensure that your blinds and their cords pose no threat to children.

The British Blind and Shutter Association have produced a video and a leaflet (to the right and below) to show how to make the blinds in your home child-safe.
